This is a one-sided article. Didn’t any customers show up to enjoy the good sandwiches, etc? CFA milkshakes are great enough that I’ll break my keto diet briefly to enjoy one.
I had to do some digging to find the following. The end of the article stated that there was a long line all day and included a video that showed the line wrapping around the side of the building. From what I could tell, there were around 100 customers waiting in line. Pretty much what happens at any Chick-Fil-A opening.
Let me enlighten you. This is a day Ive long waited for here in Toronto. The protests of course were expected since there is a large population of the alphabet people nearby to this location. There was as reported above long lines to get into the place probably all day long as expected for such an opening. I drove by around 6pm and the line was still quite long but the protesters were no where to be found. It had rained a bit today. Im not optimistic but Ill give it another shot later tonight and give.an update. If I dont get in tonight Ill try some other day. They plan to open other outlets in the city but today was the beachhead.
