Pat, there will be no charges on McCabe. Rule of thumb...if Gowdy talks about it, it won’t happen. As an ancillary rule, the left is never charged, much less convicted. The only one was Traficant...he started leaning Right...even Rush talked about him...then he was charged and convicted.

Similar to Scooter Libby taking the fall (IMO he asked for it) by telling investigators he didn’t know Plame worked at the CIA. Note I didn’t say he knew Plame was under cover, just that she worked at the CIA. He claimed to investigators he didn’t know that, and that is basically what cooked his goose. Also IMO, that Fitzgerald SC should never been appointed. Comey at work.

You can fool people but at some point people stop being fooled. I hope this will be the time because you can believe that Rush, Mark, Sean, Laura....they’ll be raising hell if McCabe walks

IMO McCabe will be indicted. Whether he is convicted is another matter, at least for the leaking and lying charges.
