Turns out Biden's family not the only one to benefit from Ukrainian fossil fuels

On Sept. 24, 2019, Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the official impeachment inquiry that would be led by the Intelligence Committee and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).  At first, this was a curious decision to objective persons, since the Judiciary Committee has the authority over this type of procedure.  At the time, Pelosi indicated a threat by President Donald Trump to our national security during the July 25 conversation between him and President Zelensky of Ukraine.  She did this without the benefit of the transcript, but she doubtless already knew much of the CIA "whistleblower's" complaint.  Further, the Ukrainian president disputes her version.

But this is not the rationale for her haste to convene the investigation.  It appears that the D.C. swamp benefits another powerful family.  The Biden family has gotten special treatment from Ukrainian oil interests, and the Pelosi family has a similar advantage.  Paul Pelosi, Jr. was a board member of Viscoil and an executive at its related company NRGLab, which was involved in energy business in Ukraine.  Perhaps the use of the Intelligence Committee has given the Democrats the opportunity to limit Republican questioning and maintain secrecy over the responses from subpoenaed witnesses.  This would prevent any official record implicating Pelosi's son.  This also explains her reluctance to take a vote authorizing the investigation, since the minority party would gain some rights.

This is interesting also since much of the Democratic Party rejects carbon-based energy sources.  Biden has made this a part of his campaign.  The Green New Deal proposals will eventually end dependency on oil and gas as an energy source.  But this does not stop these politicos from benefiting financially from this sector of the economy.  This reminds one of the financial benefits that Al Gore's father had from Occidental Petroleum, which was one of the great polluters (remember Love Canal?).

Soros purchased control of the US coal industry he wanted and the democrat big wigs were buying control of fracking in Ukraine.

The whole CO2 fraud is functionally identical the BTU tax Gore came up with; a way to tax every step of any process that requires energy.

"Perhaps the use of the Intelligence Committee has given the Democrats the opportunity to limit Republican questioning and maintain secrecy over the responses from subpoenaed witnesses."

Linsey Graham is finally and reluctantly stepping up to the plate.

He is sending a letter to Pelosi stating that if they don't release the full transcript of the ambassador Volker's testimony, that the Senate is going to Subpoena him, so that the entire country can hear the full testimony.

So that's one option that the senate is starting to fight back. They an bring the same witnesses to the Senate and have open hearings.

Seems a natural fit that the most corrupt Party in US history would be drawn to the most corrupt country on the planet

I wish someone would report what Paul Pelosi did wrong by working for companies in Ukraine. Yes, I believe families of politicians get sweetheart deals so they can influence the politician. As yet, I haven’t heard that Paul was unqualified for the gig he got, like Hunter was. I’m just hearing a lazy echo chamber about Pelosi and business in the Ukraine, which isn’t illegal, immoral or unethical on the face of it.

Not only that, but Nancy Pelosi appeared in a promotional video for Viscoil in 2013! Watch...

NRGLab & New Technology

Listen to Paul Pelosi Jr. in the video -- he is a complete moron who knows NOTHING about energy or technology. He is just like Hunter Biden in that regard. The only reason these slimeballs are recruited and paid vast sums is their parents' names.

Then there was the expose of Paul Pelosi's trip to Ukraine to discuss “certain investment banker things related to soccer.” There was a video of him discussing young people's soccer with a Ukrainian news reporter a week or two ago, but I cannot find it today. It seems to have disappeared from the web. He was incredibly moronic in that video, too.

GO PRESIDENT TRUMP! Expose this horrendous corruption to the light of day. Send them all to jail.

the Pelosi family has a similar advantage. Paul Pelosi, Jr. was a board member of Viscoil ...

From about the 2000 season until she became speaker my seats at the 49er games were next to the Pelosi's (they had four seats, two next to me and the two behind those two). Paul Jr. was almost always at the games.

The guy is as dumb as a stump. He did not know football at all, despite attending just about every game for years.

What I don't understand about this thing with him and the Ukraine is why. The Pelosi's are worth over 100 million dollars. Paul Jr. Sat on some board in SF and was well paid for it. He had to have spoken to his parents about this, yet he went forward with it? Well, like I said, he is as dumb as a stump.

BTW - Paul Sr. was always a very nice guy at the games, jovial, affable. He always tipped the food vendors a fiver for anything he bought. Yeah I know he's rich, but how many people tip the peanut guy? The one sister (not Christine) knew football quite well and was pretty sharp.

I found the video clip of moron Paul Pelosi talking to the Ukrainian newscaster at The American Mirror. He is stoned out of his mind in the video. Slurred speech, stumbling words, halting delivery, weird syntax, full of pablum. The YouTube video has been taken down. Scroll down the page to the end of the article for the embedded video of Pelosi talking.

Nancy Pelosi’s son appears in Ukraine — to talk soccer?

You wrote "I haven’t heard that Paul was unqualified for the gig he got, like Hunter was."

I spent 30 years in the energy industry in a variety of roles. While I don't have first-hand knowledge of Paul Pelosi's background, his CV, or what he did for this Ukrainian company, I did watch Paul Pelosi talking in a Viscoil / NRG Lab promotional video (link above). It is patently obvious he knows absolutely nothing about any aspect of energy - exploration, production, mining, generation, end-use, new technology development. He is an absolute moron. I worked for companies that brought idiots like this in as very highly paid consultants or executives and it was always for one reason - connections, introductions and opening doors.

He clearly was brought on and paid only for his last name. If you want further evidence is is a drugged moron, watch him talking on the American Mirror video linked above.

Sadly, it is starting to look like Trump is using the dirt mined from the swamp as leverage and not for draining or indicting members of the swamp.

I am pleased with the policies, economy and foreign relations. But on the promise to drain the swamp, I am losing hope. So far, the only members of the swap to have been drained, drained themselves by deciding not to run for reelection.

I fear The Swamp will be filtered leaving a concentration of the swamp’s elite separated from minor , wannabe, players. End the end, refined but not drained.

Right now I am hoping that the 2020 election produces a large enough landslide to inspire more swapaticians to flee the capital and government agencies. Because I don’t believe Trump is going to put anyone in jail.

Most of us don’t believe there will be any true justice. The two-tier legal system will continue to allow the most brazen, highest-up lawbreakers to continue to run free.

I suppose it is not a surprise that Trump has turned to using the deep Democrat corruption to get re-elected. In any presidential cycle, you have maybe 2-1/2 years to do something, then spend the next 1-1/2 years getting re-elected. If he can push the deeply embedded Democrat corruption as a campaign issue, more power to him. Maybe people will come out of this election cycle with a better understanding of how deep the Democrat corruption runs.
