President Donald Trump often refers to the mainstream media as the enemy of the people, and in a violent fake video shown at a conference for his supporters at his Trump National Doral resort in Miami last week, he takes matters into his own hands, according to footage obtained by the New York Times NYT.
American Priority, a pro-Trump group, held the three-day conference, where Donald Trump Jr., former White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis were all scheduled to speak, the Times reported.
The video shows Trumps head superimposed on a man who shoots and stabs church parishioners with media logos as heads. The clip looks to have been edited from a scene in the 2014 action-comedy, Kingsman: The Secret Service.
The massacre takes place in the Church of Fake News and includes PBS, NPR, Politico, the Washington Post and NBC. Trump also attacks the late Sen. John McCain, stabs Rosie ODonnell and lights Sen. Bernie Sanders on fire. Fake Trump also beats up Mitt Romney, Barack Obama and many more.
An attendee reportedly took a video of the clip on his phone and used an intermediary to send to a reporter at the Times. Parts of the video appear to have been taken from this YouTube clip from back in 2018.
In a statement Sunday night, CNN denounced the video, saying: Sadly, this is not the first time that supporters of the President have promoted violence against the media in a video they apparently find entertaining but it is by far and away the worst.

So, is it on YouTube yet?
Something doesn’t smell right here.
"The organizer of the event denounced the video and told the Times that the clip had been played at the conference as part of a meme exhibit."
"Content was submitted by third parties and was not associated with or endorsed by the conference in any official capacity, organizer Alex Phillips said. American Priority rejects all political violence and aims to promote a healthy dialogue about the preservation of free speech. This matter is under review."
"Sources told the Times that Donald Trump and his son were unaware of the video and Sanders said she also hadnt heard of the video until she was contacted."
"I was there to speak at a prayer breakfast, where I spoke about unity and bringing the country together, Sanders said. I wasnt aware of any video, nor do I support violence of any kind against anyone."
IIRC in the original movie, the churchgoers are portrayed as conservatives and the hero simply massacres them. If so, I wonder if CNN voiced any objection to the portrayal of ostensibly justified mass killings of conservatives then...
By promoting big government, they’re promoting violence against us. The only thing the government does that the private sector doesn’t do is legally use violence.
___________
You're right. As is written, "the clip had been played at the conference AS PART OF A MEME EXHIBIT."
This seems to be more of the crazy hubbub that CNN and the others raise with every passing day.
I was listening to A.M. radio in bed about a half hour ago and this ridiculous story came on. I had to come out to the computer and see what it was about.
It made the rounds on the Internet over a year ago. These people whove been triggered by this have no sense of satire or humor and apparently never saw the original hit movie from which the original clip was cribbed.
In that one Obama was part of a world wide conspiracy to kill 90% of the population in favor of the worlds select elite and save the planet by having them murder each other. He and Hillary wound up having his head blown off along with all the other elites in a hilarious orgy of colorful miniature personal mushroom cloud explosions when the hero turned the tables and sent out a signal to a bomb implanted in all their heads by the mastermind of the plot, a sort of Bill Gates/Soros/Steve Jobs meld of a billionaire wacko billionaire.
New York Times: Fake video of Trump shooting media and critics played at his resort
(snip) --- Tim Murtaugh, a spokesman for Trump's campaign, told the Times he didn't know anything about the video. "That video was not produced by the campaign, and we do not condone violence," he said. The organizer for the event, Alex Phillips, said in a statement to the Times on Sunday that the clip was played at the conference as part of a "meme exhibit."
"Content was submitted by third parties and was not associated with or endorsed by the conference in any official capacity," Phillips said. "American Priority rejects all political violence and aims to promote a healthy dialogue about the preservation of free speech. This matter is under review."
Just curious. Not long after Trump became president, there were plays and performances depicting the murder of Trump and who can forget the Kathy Griffin photo? Did CNN denounce these “vile and horrific” depictions?
Honestly, I would feel such a video is in poor taste but why aren’t they questioning the people who made the video instead of going after Trump?
You recall wrong, the ‘church goers’ were portrayed as redneck racist bigots, but then that is probably what liberals think Conservatives are.
But it’s okay to make a movie depicting someone shooting the President - like they did with Bush - eh, Mr. Langlois?
Satire is apparently lost on these poltroons. /eyeroll

CNN has no soul. Most who work for them seem like deranged zombies.
____________
Good question.
Did President Trump or someone who works for him make the video? If not, why does he need to apologize for it?
______
No. He and his folks knew nothing about it.
John McCain was a traitor to his fellow servicemen and this country. In anything featuring his likeness, he deserves violence.
We used to deal with traitors in the only effective way. It didn’t take decades for justice to catch up.
its a meme based on a hollywood movie...the creator just put different faces on real people..i got a chuckle out of it...id blame hollywood.
Show it on TV.. I like the context of the video :)
Trump should tweet it!
