I think a lot depends on what the camera-holder was doing when he approached the abortionist’s car. In Arizona, you can display a firearm to defend against a threat of physical force. If someone hostile to me approached my car, I might do the same.

The man who pointed the gun at was a minister, not a threat.

“In Arizona, you can display a firearm to defend against a threat of physical force. If someone hostile to me approached my car, I might do the same.”

The man who was arrested did not merely display his firearm. He pointed it at someone. There is a big difference.

In fact, there is a big difference between displaying a firearm and drawing a firearm.

If you do what he did, you should expect to be arrested and charged with a felonious threat.

Better get some training or have some serious conversations with police officers or attorneys who can steer you in a wise course of action. We don’t need any of our FRiends here to find themselves on the wrong side of the law.

A good rule of thumb is to never point your gun at something you are not willing to destroy.
