More and more policing seems to be done by Paramilitary-SWAT teams. go to any large sporting event beyond high school level, concert, street fair or public gathering and you won’t see regular cops any more. You see guys who look like they’ve just stepped out of Seal Team Six.

If it was the NORM, you wouldn’t be posting this because it wouldn’t have been a story.

When it’s the norm and it’s not news anymore then i’ll be a lot more concerned about the end coming.
