(CNN)To President Donald Trump, the whole flap with Ukraine is over a "perfect" phone call.
"It's based on a single phone call of congratulations to the President of Ukraine, which they fraudulently mischaracterized to sound absolutely horrible," Trump said a few weeks ago of his July 25 call with the Ukrainian President cited by a whistleblower complaint.
But a review of more than 2,600 pages of transcripts released this week from eight witnesses who have testified in the House impeachment inquiry over the past six weeks shows how controversy over Trump's Ukraine policy had been brewing inside the US government for months. It roiled efforts to bolster a key strategic alliance after Trump enlisted his own personal attorney to work outside normal diplomatic channels in an apparent effort to bolster his reelection chances.

CNN as usual spreading BS! They spread so much of it they could fertilize every farm in the world!
only 766,467 pages more to go
And where are the 3000+ pages of testimony that were not released because they do not support the Democrats agenda?
Where are the questions that call into question the validity of the witnesss testimony?
Where are the documents that link the witnesses and Democrats to the very high crimes that they accuse the President of doing?
I will ignore this until I see some balanced reporting because by Bidens own admission, he put the Quid Pro Quo on the Ukrainian leadership to fire a certain prosecutor.
That Trump was asking Ukraine to investigate this matter is not a crime. It is enforcing the law which is something we expect our President to do.
Why do we getting these CNN posts? They are not a legitimate news organization so just stop.
Well yeah, either that or in his stated effort to find out who was in on the Russia hoax.
That is of course an entirely made up opinion. It is just as likely that it was "in an apparent effort to root out corruption of the sort so commonly practiced by Democrats" or "in an apparent effort to reduce corruption in a country, Ukraine, infamous for political corruption, since we are now providing them with lethal military aid including anti-tank missiles which we don't want diverted for cash, or otherwise misused"
The only people characterizing the government's dealing with Ukraine as something intended to "bolster" re-election chances are using it for that exact purpose themselves for their own candidates. Why else would the Democrats all be involved with it?
“controversy over Trump’s Ukraine policy “
The Deep State wants to do it their way.
Our POTUS was elected to do it his way.
President controls foreign policy.
That’s Game, Set & Match.
That would be censorship, and that’s not what we do here.
We also don’t provide safe spaces for those who cannot deal with information that is contrary to their beliefs.
How dare he?
I like to see what the enemy is doing and saying.
Know your enemy.
Because Freepers keep posting this nonsense.
Why? To keep exposing htem so that newcomers who may not be familiar with CNN can see for themselves how idiotic and fake CNN is-
"Apparent" is a euphemism for "we have no evidence or proof".
Fake but accurate. ;-)
2677 pages... and still NO CRIME??? Geez.
