While I don’t think it’s all quite that direct from POTUS, I can imagine him spending all those years at functions and meetings, the only sober participant, deciding that the American people (and maybe the world) _needed_ to see and hear the truth about the progs from their own mouths and via their own actions.
Hoist on their own grimy petards, while the CinC, POTUS, goes competently about his own job. Listening today to some of the ‘top of the hour’ network radio spots,I heard a degree of dogged depression from the networks as they failed to convincingly spin selected quotes. Later, watching the clips, I had to smile at Donald’s ice-cold revenge.

I heard this and thought I was probably missing something. But, no. An elected prog actually said exactly this in public, in complete seriousness.
I would love to hear examples of how and when anyone ‘learned in painful instances’ to rely on hearsay, ignore direct evidence and exactly how they reached a conclusion this was valid in _any_ instance. Just one explication would suffice.
How could anyone, anywhere vote for someone who believes this and states it publicly in complete seriousness?
