Just wow. At worst, they could have been charged with some sort of violation of privacy, but the verdict makes them sound like mobsters. "Conspiracy"? Anytime two or more people plan ANYTHING, it's a "conspiracy"? What is illegal per se about a conspiracy? "Fraud"? Did they doctor their videos? Is any police "sting" operation a "fraud"? Why not? They are misrepresenting themselves. And what was the "racketeering"?

Yes, I agree that appeals should overturn, and Judge Orrick should be taken off the bench three times over: 1) failed to recuse himself despite clear bias as a former board member of PP; 2) rejected much of the defense on questionable grounds; 3) told the jury what their verdict must be. It's hard to distort justice this much. Despicable!
