Hard to believe this act of insubordination not only from the Admiral but from the Chief of Naval Operations and the Secretary of the Navy if in fact they are in on it. Trump needs to read the riot act to the SEC DEF who tired to talk him out of these pardons and let him know he will not tolerate insubordination from anyone in the military chain of command. Period.
