Recent polling on impeachment indicates that independent voters are far from sold on ousting President Trump from the White House. In fact, the national surveys suggest support for impeaching and removing the GOP incumbent has deteriorated over the past month, even as the House inquiry has ramped up.
Fifty percent of independents questioned in an NPR/PBS/Marist poll conducted Nov. 11-15 did not support impeaching and removing Trump from office, with just 42 percent backing such a move.

When an ultra left-wing NPR, PBS and Mar[x]ist poll indicates this, Dems are not doing well at all.
This lines up with the new Emerson poll (and others) showing an 11 pt swing favoring Trump.
Impeachment is a very serious thing. That the Democrat Fascists have reduced it to a clown show is pissing off everyone but the die hard rabid Dem activist and their toadies in the Fake News.
The US people do not like the elites playing games like this with our votes. Elections matter. We take elections seriously even if the DC scum machine does not.
I wonder why this article does not mention yesterday’s Emerson poll showing a 25 point shift by independents on impeachment, to POTUS favor?

Common sense tells you there is nothing there in these impeachment proceedings, but of course common sense is something lefties don’t have.

Democrats first brought up impeachment in December of 2016, before Trump was sworn in. The rhetoric has been non-stop for 3 years. Most of the American public is plain sick and rired of this game

Trump was not given due process in the Schiff hearings, it was
a Kangaroo court. No Trump lawyer, no Trump rebuttal witnesses,
no Trump evidence was allowed to be presented. A sham, a disgrace.
Trump wants his name cleared. Horowitz and Durham won’t be able
to do this in time before Schiff and Pelosi railroad Trump and impeach
him without a high crime or any impeachable act.
A trial will be hard to watch and I won’t, but Mr. Trump is a great POTUS, and he deserves his day in court, his proper rights and our
legal system deserves fairness to all.

IIRC, a report from a couple days ago said that Fox had scrubbed their website of most negative Trump articles, perhaps from adverse public feedback.
Now, if they would stop putting a biased thumb on the scales and conduct a legitimate reasonable poll!!!
If the dems send this to the Senate it will be a suicide mission. Do they think President Trump will not fight back?

This is just the beginning of the counterattack, which is going to be unbelievable in its strength, intensity, and duration.
It’s a horrid political strategy.
-It changes no minds.
-The instability it causes turns off independents and moderates.
-It becomes the titular issue of 2020, and sucks the air out of “kitchen table” issues that may turn up Dem enthusiasm, while the sheer injustice of it galvanizes GOP voters across the spectrum because they will not only be voting for Trump but also against this move by the House.
The Senate will toss this out, handing a massive lose to the Dems while the Dem nominee has to either support the impeachment drive and get tarred by the lose, or disavow it and reap the wrath of the kook lib base.
Trump can now bypass any Dem nominee and make it an election between him and the collective image of the Dems in congress, which will not be positive.
