Howie Carr: ICE is cool with me, and should be for anyone tired of illegal immigration

There should be more pro-ICE demonstrations like the one Saturday in Burlington. ICE agents are part of the thin blue line, which is getting thinner all the time in Massachusetts, already a sanctuary state in fact if not quite in law.

A sanctuary for them — lawless immigrant criminals — but a place increasingly fraught with peril for their prey — hard-working American citizens and legal aliens.

Look at the ongoing murder trial in Boston of Bampumim Teixeira, charged with the horrific 2017 murder in Andrew Square of two beloved anesthesiologists, both of whom happened to be legal immigrants.

What’s seldom mentioned about this brutal crime, because it doesn’t fit the woke orthodoxy about illegal immigration, is that if Teixeira had been an American, those two doctors would be alive today.

Teixeira had violently robbed two banks in downtown Boston, and should have been doing a lengthy stretch in federal prison. But if he’d been convicted on serious charges (the way an American would have been) he’d have been deported afterwards.

None of the clueless Social Justice Warrior crackpots at the courthouse — public defenders, prosecutors or judges — wanted this violent foreign (and homeless) thug to be returned to the Third World hellhole where he belonged.

So Teixeira got seven months, state time, for two bank robberies. And then he was cut loose, to murder two civilized, taxpaying human beings. He’s probably surprised now that he’s actually looking at hard time, because his worthless ilk practically never is.

Which is why I always say, if I ever get jammed up, I ask for no special treatment. Just treat me like an illegal immigrant.

The more of these violent illegal immigrants ICE can round up and deport the hell out of this country, the better off we’ll all be.

The coddling of foreign criminals is no longer the exception in Massachusetts, it’s the rule. The hack-infested state judiciary is teeming with the likes of Shelley Joseph, charged in a federal indictment with letting an illegal immigrant Dominican career criminal out the back door of the Newton district courthouse, or Timothy Feeley, who lets illegal immigrant fentanyl dealers out the front door of his courthouse.

Every one of these lawless, welfare-collecting undocumented Democrats that ICE can grab before the judges let ‘em go is one less burden on our welfare and criminal-justice systems.

Increasingly, local cops are running into repeat illegal immigrant offenders who are continuing their crime waves against Americans solely because lunatic suburban judges keep cutting them loose, no matter how heinous the crimes, simply because illegal immigrants are now a protected class.

Last Tuesday just before dawn, the Tewksbury police pulled over a “Lawrence man” whom they eventually decided to identify as “John Doe” because they couldn’t determine his real identity.

Surely “Juan Doe” would have been a more appropriate moniker, or perhaps “Juan Do-Re-Mi,” because his effects included a MassHealth card — in other words, he’s on Medicaid, also known as welfare.

Juan Doe claimed his first name was Isra, so let us count the ways we know this “Lawrence man” is an illegal immigrant Dominican, not the Puerto Rican U.S. citizen that he claimed to be:

“The first clue that Sgt. Connor observed is that Isra is 35 years old but has just recently been issued a driver’s license at age 34. … Isra had never been arrested until 2 months after he got his license in January 2018.”

In 2018, the mystery illegal on welfare from Lawrence was arrested five times on charges of distribution and possession of fentanyl and cocaine.

“This is significant,” the Tewksbury cops noted, “because it is not common for someone to have almost no gradual build up in criminal history, and then at age 34 an individual gets charged with 5 different drug charges in less than 4 months.”

Of course, all of the drug-dealing charges were dismissed, as they so often are, because he is a “Lawrence man.” I repeat, Judges Joseph and Feeley are no longer the exceptions in the Massachusetts judiciary. With idiots like this on the bench, illegal immigrants run wild, until they actually slit more than one taxpayer’s throat.

Incredibly, in the halls of justice, where the only justice is in the halls, illegal immigrants get even more lenient treatment than a daughter of an unemployable hack district court judge who drives drunk and then brags to state troopers that she is both a prostitute and a junkie.

Now more than ever, this is why we need ICE — to rid ourselves of at least some of these illegal immigrant criminals on welfare.

My niece was an OB/GYN who took her pre-med at HAAAAVVAAAAADDD! Needless to say, she emerged from that experience a LIBERAL. (She stopped catching babies and went into research when her malpractice premiums ultimately began to exceed her annual earnings.)

Upon completing her medical training at yet another liberal university, she interned at a hospital near the border in “Kahlifonia.”

It was there that a mystical transformation took place: She began to connect the heavy deductions from the slave wage GROSS EARNINGS for which she busted her butt for as many as 72 virtually sleepless hours with the taxis and jalopies regularly sliding to the curb in front of the ER.

Many of them contained pregnant illegals who won the race to deliver their babies HERE. She caught many of those “anchor babies” who, under the current — and COMPLETELY ERRONEOUS —interpretation of the 14th Amendment were IMMEDIATELY NEW AMERICANS. The mother – who, obviously, could not care for the child if she were back in her native land — could not be deported now even if the INS and the political bosses WANTED her deported (which, because these illegals can generally be counted on to vote the liberal line, they DO NOT). And as the mother of a new US citizen, the woman could remain here for about as long as she cared to – and that was usually for life.

(NOTE: I’ll post several links to more information on the 14th Amendment at the end of my little rant. It’s a fascinating and disturbing story.

Most of those patients were welfare recipients and the deliveries were charity cases: The bill for the hospital’s – and HER services – were routinely spread over the bills of those who DO pay. And what the other users of those facilities don’t cover went back to the taxpayers.

And since my family member was now a taxpayer, they were costing HER.

And while she may not exactly be a libertarian, today she has come a long way from Harvard.

And just so the bleeders who might see this don’t think me some sort of ethnocentric bigot, I submit this problem is MORE than just about illegals.

Before my oldest daughter was born at University Hospital in Cleveland in 1967, I sat in the main lobby as welfare mother-to-be after welfare mother-to-be waddled through the door to the maternity ER for THEIR free deliveries.

Before WE could take OUR daughter home, I had to cough up over 3 grand. And that was a great deal of dough in 1967, especially for a guy who’d just finished a 4 year turn in the USAF.

As I wrote the check, I remembered the magazine article I’d recently read by a hospital administrator from Massachusetts who admitted that all US hospitals practiced a form of medical Marxism, spreading the costs of care for indigents over the bills of those who DO pay for care. Given the move to socialism here, it probably will never be otherwise: Not counting Byzantine complexity and confusion, government produces – and has — NOTHING unless it first takes it from some PERSON. SOMEBODY ALWAYS PAYS.

The illegals have been using the emergency rooms of our hospitals for their health-care, almost always at no charge to them. That cost is either spread over other users or the taxpayers. We have seen a national epidemic of hospital closings due to their insolvency, much of it caused by the burden of trying to render care to PEOPLE WHO SHOULDN’T EVEN BE HERE, denying care to native-born citizens who normally pay their bills and their taxes. And, I submit, the drain the illegals impose on the welfare system is a major reason for our national insolvency and the impending social chaos. (Thank you grubby leftist, power-hungry RINO politicians and bureaucrats!)

Look, I have a big enough problem paying for the 3rd and 4th generation slackers and welfare bums who were BORN here.

It’s long past time we stopped paying for those who were not.
