The lawyer for the women has told BBC Panorama he plans to serve subpoenas to force the Duke of York to testify as a witness in all five cases.
He says the prince could have important information about sex trafficking.
The prince says he did not witness or suspect any suspicious behaviour during visits to Mr Epstein's homes.
The lawyer for victims of Epstein, David Boies said: "One of the things that we have tried is to interview Prince Andrew and to try to get what his explanation is. He was a frequent visitor. They ought to submit to an interview. They ought to talk about it."
The subpoenas - court summonses to give testimony - have been prepared for all five cases and would have to be signed off by a judge once the prince was on US soil.
He would then be able to challenge the subpoena in court if he did not want to give evidence.

No. The killing of Epstein was to shut certain mouths. That’s why I’m suspicious of David Boies representing these women. I think this a setup. If anybody contacts Boies and says either or both of the Clintons had sex with her, her claim will never see the light of day. Nor will she from that day on.

Maybe it’s a double fix. Do women get paid off except the lawyer and he gets paid by the same people who paid them off and then when it is found not guilty they are rich in the lawyer is rich and whole thing goes away.
This whole thing stinks to high heaven. Epstein is dead so now Prince Andrew is being punished in his place. I don’t believe his accuser, she needs to offer up some proof, and no, a photo of the two together is not proof.
There are plenty of photos.
How do you know Epstein is dead ?
Andrew deserves whatever he gets, but is he the only person who slept with all of Epstein’s underage and/or trafficked women? Why aren’t these women naming all the other men involved (besides Alan Dershowitz)? Why is Andrew taking all the heat?
The famous photo with him having his arm around the girl, it appears to me that the left arm is extra long (he is standing straight and if fingers could be seen like they are, and he is not bending, I think it is a photo-shop).
But that’s just me.
