Mean to say, “YES, I fear there are Democrat and Globalist RINOs as jurors who would let the Deep Skaters escape justice.”

My dear Kimberley;

It's only an abuse of congressional power if congress identifies the abuse and then takes corrective action to prevent it's re-occurrence. As this stands now it amounts to a shrug, with the possibility of a strongly worded letter of complaint sent to a member of Schiff's congressional staff.

it stands to reason he is getting them through another, active FISA warrant

And if that’s the case, the fact that he could obtain a FISA warrant during a time that the FISA court should be hypersensitive to the requests that come their way, indicates the FISA court is completely corrupted. Abolish it, now!

I do not see why at the very least civil lawsuits could not be pursued by Nunes, Giuliani and Sekulow, among others, against AT&T, and possibly Shiff (though AT&T is clearly in the wrong). This is NOT a criminal investigation and does NOT involve subpoenas.

How about AT&T? They apparently had no problem releasing the personal call logs of private citizens including a US House member.

"Let’s see what judge issued the warrant."
We won't. It is a secret court

No warrant or secret court. Just a mundane subpoena, one of hundreds, issued by Dems. One problem in this case is no oversight. Schiff, and probably any of his staffers could issue subpoenas without going through the committee. The root of the problem is Nadler who allowed this to happen. There were amendments to 660 all rejected by Nadler which would have protected due process and prevented the worst of the abuses.

Obviously a prosecutor cannot subpoena the calls of the attorney to the defendant (Giuliani), but that's what he did, violating the sixth amendment. Obviously a prosecutor cannot also be the judge deciding what evidence can be suppressed. But that's what Schiff is doing. Obviously defendants are allowed to subpoena docments and testimony subject to a judge's approval. Schiff cannot be both proescutor and judge and in fact Republicans were given no opportunities to subpoena records.

Some important records we have not seen are the meetings and calls between Schiff and/or staffers and the whistleblower before the whistleblower lied on the paperwork (he was supposed to disclose those meetings).

STALKING LAW UPDATE: The Violence Against Women Act of 2005, amending a United States statute, 108 Stat. 1902 et seq, which defined stalking as: engaging in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to—
(A) fear for his or her safety or the safety of others;
(B) suffer substantial emotional distress.

As of 2011, stalking is an offense under section 120a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).[70] The law took effect on 1 October 2007.

In 2018 the PAWS Act became law in the United States, and it expanded the definition of stalking to include "conduct that causes a person to experience a reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury to his or her pet”.

NOTE Stalking conviction does not require any physical harm to be prosecuted.

There is no prevention in the amount of unauthorized data collected on individuals and this leads to cases where cameras are installed inappropriately. According to the BBC, four council workers in Liverpool used a street CCTV pan-tilt-zoom camera to spy on a person in her apartment. (Cavallaro, 2007). This is just one case where culprits have been caught; however, there are still many common acts such as this.

The Communications Security Establishment (CSE), formerly known as Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC), has previously spied on Canadians through the public wireless internet connections in an airport in the country. Through this they gathered information on who people called or texted and where they were when they communicated with others.

The CSE search through approximately 10-15 million downloads daily. An example of where surveillance may have been abused is where Facebook and Apple have admitted to allowing government officials to access personal information of their account users.

This is a foretaste of what is to come should the Democrats in ANY position get in or stay in power.

I wouldn’t even put it past a Democrat elected to Dog Catcher to be denied a # by AT&T.

And, yes, I am drop dead serious.

Over on Reddit, there is an interesting thread covering the strange phone records.

<>If President Trump is impeached, the SDNY has an indictment poised and ready to file because Mr. Trump will NOT be president for that instant of time.

sick bunch of donkeys and lawyers

The next time the GOP controls the House, they need to subpoena all phone, social media, tax, and internet records of liberal Supreme Court justices, leading congressional Democrats, all MSNBC/CNN executives, Jeff Bezos, Democrat donors, and a partridge in a pear tree.

The rules are set. If they can subpoena Nunes, Gulliani, and Soloman we can subpoena ANYONE we damned well want to subpoena.

You don’t need the NSA or the Deep State to get these records, just a subpoena. Of course, the subpoenas from Congress aren’t signed by a judge or by any member of the judiciary branch (in some states, a legal clerk can sign that type of subpoena). This precedent is VERY bad.

“The man needs to be on a rope yesterday.”

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

That wouldn’t do any good.

His neck would probably stretch all the ground.

You would need to try something else, like depriving him of gay kiddie porn.

Right on the money. There is a very real hierarchy in all this that is much bigger than our government or even our country.

Taxpayers demand to see all correspondence, emails, snail mails, hard drives,
wire-transfers, text files, offshore banking activity, and the like.

And based on the knowledge that elected members NEVER use their own money for anything, THE TAX DOLLARS KEEP ROLLING IN.

Demand to see govt reports of all tax dollars outlays to Schiff, Biden, and everyone employed in their offices.

DEMAND CONGRESS SEND YOU ALL AVAILABLE GOVT INFORMATION
specifically govt vouchers submitted by Schiff, Biden, et al:
<><> credit cards,
<><> gift cards,
<><> cell phone/landline bills,
<><> electronic/wire transfers,
<><> detailed expense accounts,
<><> transportation expenses
<><> office expenses
<><> office equipment expenses
<><> office supplies,
<><> unusual stamp purchases (a classic govt corruption MO)
<><> housing allotments,
<><> clothing allotments,
<><> entertainment including
<><> household help,
<><> reimbursements for varied business interests.
