Odd that in a "
touchy-feely" time such as we are in now, I don't think Japan has ever apologized for their slimy, cowardly sneak attack on Pearl Harbor.
Maybe we need some reparations or some kinda chit like that.

They did. PM at the time called it a national disgrace. Don’t recall when, but some time in the ‘70s, or maybe the ‘80s in response to Reagan signing a bill paying reparations to former internment camp inmates or their immediate family if deceased.
