The Justice Department’s internal watchdog has determined that political bias did not influence the federal investigation of potential links between Russia and the Trump campaign in 2016, according to people familiar with the matter, countering White House claims of deliberate partisan influence.
Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who will release his long-anticipated report Monday, also found that the FBI had enough evidence to justify obtaining a foreign intelligence warrant in 2016 to conduct secret surveillance of a former Trump campaign advisor who had multiple contacts with Russian officials, the people said.
The report’s findings are expected to effectively reject or dismiss the most explosive allegations from President Trump and his allies — that FBI officials and agents broke rules and laws in their pursuit of evidence, and deliberately sought to derail Trump’s candidacy.

I thought this was supposed to be a bombshell report...but recently we have been told to lower expectations. But just wait....Barr will be the one to bring justice. Starting to doubt it all.

How does this jerk know what is in a supposedly classified report? Leaks? Well, who then? Come on Wilber, who committed a crime in letting you see or know what is supposedly in the report before it was authorized for public release?

There it is. Freepers regurgitating MSM talking points like trained seals. Did you read even the title of the report? Not one but four FISA warrants were obtained by Comey FBI. People are going to jail over the revelations in this report. You might want to restrain your glee for a few minutes until serious analysis of the report emerges.

It very clearly clears the big guys of political bias and destroys the Trump narrative that there was. We know there was-and this report says there wasn’t. Go ahead-defend that.
And basically - the report says that the FBI has some misconduct by individuals - but overall the mantra that has been maintained by Trump and Barr is not correct. That it WAS proper.
Some folks "may" go to jail - but it is low-level guys - and it by NO MEANS is a "killer" taking down the entire organization supporting what we know happened - which is what people like you promised us would happen for MONTHS.

There is SPIN all over this... Doesn’t matter what the report actually says, the left will find quotes to pull that say no wrongdoing, and the right will find quotes that say there was.. and few will actually read the whole thing, so the bulk will simply believe it says whatever their biased editorial boards tell them it says.
