no...the difference is is that there was an actual CRIME!!...the actual break in...plus Nixon tried to get the CIA to block the FBI investigation....thats your obstruction and abuse of power. This all was backed after many of Nixons top aides pled guilty and flipped on him. As for the congress...no articles were filed until after Nixons executive privilege claim WENT TO THE SUPREME COURT....and yet he still didnt produce the tapes they wanted. He only released a transcript. What was filed today is not even close to what was filed on Nixon...The Senate should dismiss this outright...
