TIKRIT, Iraq (Reuters) - Two Katyusha rockets fell inside Iraq’s Balad air base, 80 km (50 miles) north of Baghdad, which houses U.S. forces on Saturday but caused no casualties, two security sources told Reuters.

This could easily have been two Islamic radicals acting on their own. I suspect Islamic radicals have rockets like Texans have guns.

Iran will hit back and make it hurt. Either by attacking soft targets or by cyber attack. That would be my guess.
