According to the first Briton to go into space, Dr. Helen Sharman, extraterrestrials do exist, and it could even be possible that they are among us here on Earth. Sharman recently spoke with Observer Magazine about her beliefs on the possibility of other intelligent life in the universe, and had some very surprising things to say.
She seemed extremely confident in her beliefs, saying with certainty:
“Aliens exist, there’s no two ways about it.“
“There are so many billions of stars out there in the universe that there must be all sorts of different forms of life,” she added.
Sharman surmised that aliens could even walk among us, but perhaps they are just invisible to our senses.
“Will they be like you and me, made up of carbon and nitrogen? Maybe not. It’s possible they’re here right now and we simply can’t see them,” Sharman explained.

Alien belief is just a substitute for God. One can believe in both I suppose but aliens will crowd out God like anything one becomes obsessed with.
In LA and San Francisco the aliens $h!t in the street (cue the Theremin).

Understood. But God created the universe. So he may have created many possible sentient life forms in more places than we can imagine.

I looked up the oldest planet and it’s 13 billion years old.
So there was time to develop very intelligent life.
I guess.
So many variables that are Incredibly Precise make life on Earth possible.
I do believe that there’s a possibility there is no other intelligent life out there.
Although who the hell knows what intelligent would mean to other specie.

Can she account for a method for them to travel to Earth?
She’s playing the odds that with billions and billions of space dust “we can’t be the only place”.
How diverse are the lifeforms on this planet? Microscopic on up, aquatic, land, and avian.
Their struggle is to find even 1 cell at this point. If such planetary petri dishes were strictly playing odds, we’d have seen more by now.

I stopped going almost altogether about 5 years ago.
At 47, I was getting too old to keep losing such amounts.
Been to casinos twice the past five years as opposed to at least 12 times a year.

Yes but again nothing to be obsessed about. We have enough real problems here on earth as it is. I enjoy looking at the heavens and the majesty of it all but one can get loopy over it. This Brit space voyager may have succumbed.
