When I live in Saudi Arabia, I had a Saudi Missionary explain to me when they were in non-Islam countries, Islam laws does apply to them. They can drink and do all types stuff outside of Islam territory. When flying home the women would have to change clothes as soon as they cross the border of an Islam country. Going by this thinking I am not surprise at all.

I had to train officers from a number of different Middle Eastern countries and the only ones who weren’t drunks and perverts were the Jordanians, all of whom were very professional.
