The Biggest Loser of Tuesday's Dem Debate Wasn't Any of the Candidates

CNN’s bias was in full force Tuesday evening during the seventh Democratic debate, particularly in the way the moderators clearly favored Sen. Elizabeth Warren over Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Moderator Abby Phillip asked Sanders about the private meeting he had with Warren in which he allegedly told her (according to the network's reporting) that he didn't think a woman could win the election.

The Vermont senator said the idea he would believe that is “incomprehensible” and pointed to footage of him from 30 years ago talking about how a woman could become president of the United States.

Anyone that believes for one moment that CNN (or any news outlet) does not have an agenda of their own is naive.

The moderator asked Bernie if he said women couldn't win an election. Bernie said emphatically no. Then the moderator turned to Warren as if Bernie didn't exist and asked her what she thought of Bernie saying women couldn't win an election.

"While Sanders made these points and repeatedly denied the allegation, Phillips left many of us confused when, literally just after he again denied the story, she asked him again if he denied the story. Some in the audience laughed at the weird follow up but that was followed by gasps when Phillips then turned to Warren and said “Senator Warren, what did you think when Senator Sanders told you a woman could not win the election?”"

With that sort of mindset, the US just may be headed for internal conflict.

And did you see the size of the room where the debate was held? If the images I saw on Twitter and Instagram are correct, that’s not much bigger than the auditorium/cafeteria at the grammar school I was attending in 1972!
