Riyad Dirar, the co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), the political wing of the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF, stressed that they are among those who are inviting but not invited to the Third Cairo Conference, because they are from the preparatory committee of it. He stressed Egypt's important role in the political solution in Syria and that it supports their position in facing "Turkish aggression" in the region.

Dirar said in a statement to North-Press, that the Syrian Democratic Council is included in the preparatory committee for "Cairo 3" conference, and they are seeking to develop the road map and the charter that was put in place in "Cairo 2" conference.

He added that Egypt is a big country in the region and can use its influence with all parties in order to mediate everything that contributes to a political solution in Syria, as well as to put pressure on the other parties. Mr. Dirar touched on their meeting with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukry, and said that this meeting expresses their interest in the political issue in Syria, in addition to their interest in the role of the Syrian Democratic Council in the political solution in Syria.

Moreover, he explained that the most important message in the meeting with the Egyptian Foreign Minister, is that the region of northern Syria has a great importance in confronting the Turkish aggression against the region, and that the experiment of the Autonomous Administration in north and eastern Syria can be engaged in the political solution in Syria.

In his interview with North-Press, Riyad Dirar pointed out that their meetings in parliaments and with European figures are witnessing an openness to solve the problem of the Islamic State (ISIS) detainees, especially ISIS foreign members and their families. He said that their dialogues are continuing in order to find the appropriate way to deal with this matter, and that this European openness may contribute to their participation in the political solution in Syria.

Furthermore, the co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) said that they are excluded from the Syrian dialogue meetings because of the "Turkish veto" against them, ending his interview by saying: "In the upcoming period, we will be participants and actors at all levels of the political solution because we are making concrete steps at the Arab and international levels."

I greatly respect and admire Egypt's President Sisi. Plans are being made for the 3rd Cairo conference.

This does not mean that N. Syria will be directly represented at the 3rd Cairo meeting, but that Egypt is sympathetic to the need for their inclusion. They will be involved in the discussion.

Turkey wants no one from N. Syria to have imput in any peace agreement. That flies in the path of Erdogan's (Erdoo) ambitions for expansion in Syria and in Libya (Erdoo is staging Islamist militia's for transfer to Libya inside N. Syria).

Those people in N. Syria who fought and defeated ISIS with US assistance deserve to have input and to be protected against ethinc cleansing and or Genocide in the aftermath of that conflict.

Turkey is currently actively ethnic cleansing all areas they have taken charge of in Syria. It is not a bad rumor, it is a fact.

Their input would be a first.

There can be no peace without them. ISIS would not be crushed, without them.

US did help them.

Israel, Egypt, Jordan, UAE would all recognize them.

Yes, they have a lot of Leftists. But they are not all like that.

So here we are.
