You’re right. Whenever they are prepared and ready, they will go full Stalin/Hitler on us. People like John Brennan would love to be in charge.

We had some miscommunication. I know what they want to do and I said some would just snicker and turn away. That’s right.

I knew Yuri Bezmenov, the KGB defector. He taught us a lot and we learned a lot.

Briefly: I worked for a conservative think tank in Denver. We were doing what we could to support President Reagan in the fight against the Sandanistas in Nicaragua. I speak Spanish so I was speaking with some of the Contras. I spoke to a “mystery man” who I did not recognize until later as Oliver North.
Yuri was invited to visit and give us input. He went through communist tactics, including disinformation. He gave us good tips on how to counter those tactics and proceed. He stayed for two weeks.
We used his ideas and suggestions to infiltrate some very radical Sandanistas who were in the US, including Denver.
Then Iran-Contra broke and we faded out into other things.
Yuri loved America and hated our internal enemies, especially the media and people like Ted Kennedy.

You’re welcome. No, no best selling book. I did get to meet a lot of high up conservatives, including a few Colonels, Generals and an Admiral, all retired.

Yes, I’m sure. It’s been over 40 years and even though we helped the cause, so did thousands of others over the years.
