Very interesting... Oh, to be a fly on the wall..
hillary wouldn’t be intimidated by a crocodile.
Maybe the other way around.
And that’s not a compliment.
She’s just so cold hearted i couldn’t picture it.
She’s such a weasel.
No offense but they can’t turn away a process server. they have to accept lawful court documents.
Is this what the Dems are talking about when they say "no one is above the law"?
There are methods that can be used to demonstrate service when somebody is clearly avoiding it deliberately. This is a pointless exercise.
Like she refused to make a concession speech when she LOST in 2016.
Total snob, and phony.
Fine. Just scope out one of her public events and make a big show of it when she’s ON STAGE. Have the server announce loudly “HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON, YOU’VE BEEN SERVED!!” and drop the docs at her canks.
IIRC states have laws about deliberately avoiding process servers, and can treat deliberate avoidance as if a person has been served. The days of chasing and physically touching a person with the notice are long gone.
Document the attempts to serve Hillary the criminal. Go back to court and post it in the Chappaqua Newspaper. Probably also post it in numerous lesbian and child molesting papers and journals. Argue that she is sure to see it there.
I’m no fan of Tulsi Gabbard’s Leftist views however let me say these three things:
1) Seth Rich
2) Shawn Lucas, after delivering papers to the DNC
3) John Ashe
Cui bono?
/adjusts tinfoil hat to shiny side out
I’m sure these were nothing more than coincidences. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
And they say that Trump claims to be above the law.....
“My bleachbit ate it!”
Members of the Bar dont get to decline legal papers.
Hillary can try to dodge service till the cows come home, but her attorneys cant.
And, there are other means to serve a reluctant defendant than via personal service.
Maybe if I read this, it will make some kind of sense.
Hillary can now be considered lawfully served.
Publication in via a high profile news network is more than sufficient to satisfy the requirements of reasonable notice to defendants.
Its hard to imagine members of the Bar doing sillier things than trying to refuse service. Its an option they dont have, as officers of the court.
Secret Service turned away the process server?
Sounds like a bit of an overreach... Those folks are on the taxpayers’ dime, not Killery’s. Their mandate is to secure her safety, not her comfort.
Laws are for the Little People, not the Clintons.
Attach them to an email. Whats the problem?
the corrupt deep state ROUTINELY refuses legal
papers and then lies to the Judge claiming
they were not/or improperly served.
it is a routine lie KNOWN to all individuals
who file in federal court against these
bastards.
IF they are from the SS they should be fired,
and more likely are corrupt impostors who should be
arrested.
AG Barr, please pick up the white phone.
LOL!
The court considers the legal documents served as long as a physical attempt was made to do so at the residence of the person served.
