This bill is DOA. The lawyers at the Homeschool Legal Defense Fund are pitbulls. That's why no legislation has been passed, or even discussed, about regulating homeschooling.
Public education is simply an anachronism. Even on YouTube, there are classes for many vocational and technical subjects.

If we wanted our child to grow up illiterate and unable to think for herself, we would have sent her to public school in the first place.
We didn’t do that, and that is why she is self-sufficient and we are not supporting her at age 36.
