This bill is DOA. The lawyers at the Homeschool Legal Defense Fund are pitbulls. That's why no legislation has been passed, or even discussed, about regulating homeschooling.
Public education is simply an anachronism. Even on YouTube, there are classes for many vocational and technical subjects.
