52-47 in the popular vote would translate to a very comfortable win in the EC and a quick election night.

Reagan ‘84 is probably out of reach due to the Kalifornia/New Yawk entrenchment and Publik Skools, but a Bush-Dukakis type victory may be in the realm of possibility.

If they would poll actual Republican, or conservative, or THINKING VOTERS, his approval rate would be 100%

Just goes to show you can give people everything they need, and they’ll still hate you because you have the wrong letter after your name, and/or expect you to get a !@#$ing job.

Nahh. Impeachment hasn’t hurt Trump but it’s not why he is popular.
People see he is a good President, fighting for US, economy great, alpha.

Wow, those are great numbers!

Dems will really panic when they see those. Rasmussen was the most accurate pollster in the 2016 election.

It will be interesting to see if the usual polls from the Trump haters move up also.

Rasmussen seems to be the only poll out there that consistently puts Trump’s approval rating at above 50%. The rest all put him below that figure.

Based on history, Rasmussen’s numbers are pretty good.

It will be interesting to see if Trump moves up with the anti-Trump pollsters as well. They usually average about 4-5% lower than Ras.

Rasmussen is Likely Voters.

I checked two of the others - FauxNews and Politico - they are Registered Voters.

It seems like every time he hits an approval high, he actually does less. Definitely no one being locked up in the next two weeks.

An amazing number considering the circumstances of perpetual anger on the part of the news media.

Give it a month with the impact of the Coronavirus settling in, and Trump’s approval numbers will drop. Don’t be surprised when it happens.

Oh, I wish that was true. With 96% negative reporting in the media few people look to other sources.

I do think Americans have a sense of fairness and the constant "lets get Trump" mantra from the swamp, the media and hollyweird is pushing the numbers.

I just did my taxes and looking at my wallet doesn't hurt either.

Give credit where it’s due. Upchuck did his part admirably, as did the MSM.

Other thanks of a better sort are due to congressional and senatorial Republicans, save Mittens, for hanging together and braving the onslaught.

RE: So you are “concerned” as usual.

The right word is “curious”.
