This is the red part of CA.

If he was murdered, it was just as likely random or the result of robbery.

But probably suicide.

Doubt that will ever happen.

But one does wonder what they tell themselves about all their slaughtering of innocent people.

Do they look down on members of drug cartels?

What exactly are they supposed to be doing for our country?

Do they swear an oath to our nation?
