California lawmakers are considering a bill that would make it illegal for stores to separate children’s clothes and toys according to gender.
Assembly Bill 2826, sponsored by Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low, would abolish “girls’ aisles” and “boys’ aisles” at all retail department stores that employ at least 500 workers,
The Sacramento Bee reported.The stores would be required to display children’s products in a gender-neutral location, “regardless of whether a particular item has traditionally been marketed for either girls or for boys,” according to the bill.
Failure to comply with the new law would result in a fine of up to $1,000.

This is a typical modern liberal action. I doubt it, but maybe it is a good idea not to separate clothing by gender. If so, let the individual stores decide. That’s what freedom is all about.
But no. The nanny-state liberals must mandate every last thing.
It’s probably a good idea to brush your teeth three times a day. How long before California mandates that by law? They could even set up random teeth-inspection stations here and there. “If you haven’t been brushing, to jail you’ll be rushing.”

This madness would effectively eliminate the logical and orderly product distinctions that make the shopping experience easier for everyone.
This is sheer insanity which will enevitably result in inefficiency, chaos and confusion.
One means that abusers use to exert control over their victims is to challenge the victims’ realities, to tell the victims that everything they think is true is actually false. The more the victim becomes uncertain about what they see and perceive, the more control the abuser has over them.
