You need to get that knot in your pants loosened a bit..better yet rid of it. Probabaly you should just not read about this virus or news about it and just go about whatever business you want the doing of......you’ll know soon enough when the precautions etc. are past.

Our local WM here in the Lowcountry of SC already have the cattle corrals ready to go. I went in today to get supplies for the house and our cats. Hopefully, we have enough stuff minus fresh produce and dairy products to ride this crapstorm out.

WM pickup is pretty much non-existent in my part of SC. I guess all of the slots are booked up.

I’ve seen this in other places such as the post office where they have squares on the flour 6 ft. apart.

Unfortunatley people aren’t thinking or doing what’s needed and why these measures are being done everywhere.

Actually these measures work.............there’s a hospital in the EU which keeps their hallways seperated, and only certain Dr.s and a nurse see the patients.........they have zero staff getting this virus because of the measures they took.

I live in CT. Last I looked a day or so ago, around 60% of all cases were in Fairfield county and the worst parts border NYC or are along the NEC where people who live in CT take the train to get to NYC to work.

Well I was out a couple days ago for my final run.....people really need to plan grocery shopping according to what they determine ‘might’ be the next closures or changes......
Gas stations are going to start closing up here and there leaving only a few open as they can’t afford to operate without customers....so people should figure that’s going to happen and get their tanks filled now.

My wife placed the order on Wednesday. I picked up on Thursday. We live in Texas, just outside Houston.

Is this crapstorm indefinitely?

My produce is probably about 1.5-2 months out from my garden to table. Dairy, I’m screwed there as I don’t have any cattle.

Glad to see it’s still functioning normally in some areas.

Try that in my town. The ‘loyal’ Wally World associates will be rended limb from limb and there aren’t enough local cops to keep the peace. Whoopie World is making a sad mistake, especially when they’re in an area where they’re the only game in town. This ain’t just about groceries and Charmin.

Unfortunately. I believe it is. Knowing the m.o. This particular one may run its course. But then they will come up with the next one and the next one.

You will or have notice that the focus has not been on identification, treatment, and cure but lockdown, lockdown, lockdown.

I order online and then pick-up the next day in the parking lot, but half of what I order is sold out overnight - and half of that is upgraded to substitutes. No Great Value coffee so I got Folgers as a sub at the store brand price. Same with many items - name brands at store brand prices. Nice!
My $300 order went to $150 because of sold out items so I went inside anyway to look for witch hazel - there’s none to be had anywhere, but picked up the Equate version of Tucks pads which is witch hazel at a ridiculous price. I talked with associates and they told me they are blocking sections of the store in the days to come. Clothes, electronics, books, housewares, etc., will be blocked off because people touch the merchandise and that could spread the virus. So, online shopping is the best alternative. Just a heads up - coming to a Walmart near you soon.

I went in the local Walmart on Friday. There was a line of cones and tape to enter but no backup. I love their coffee. How many times does one need to go into Walmart.

It’s really a great change to go into a Walmart with a list, get what I want and leave without waiting for the usual clusters of torpid, malodorous zombies to get out of the way. Walmart should make the policy permanent. :)
