To the best of my knowledge,no. Regardless of whether Bernie is in or out, the dems nomination process has a multitude of super delegates so unless Biden actually has secured the nomination with a majority of votes, I think he can be replaced.
He can ONLY be replaced by Bernie they can’t just throw in Cuomo to late for that!!
But that wouldn’t be fair.
