Over half of likely Arizona voters surveyed said they’d choose political newcomer Mark Kelly over current seatholder Sen. Martha McSally in their race, according to a poll released Wednesday. Kelly, a Democrat, led McSally 51%-42% in the OH Predictive Insights survey of 600, with 7% undecided. The cellphone-landline poll of 600 contacted April 7-8 had a margin of error of 4%.

Mark Kelly is the husband of Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the Tucson shooting. So there may be a certain sympathy vote of support going on here.
True dat.
1. It’s an April poll. It’s meaningless.
2. This polling firm had Hilliary! ahead of Trump by a statistically significant margin at this same time in 2016.
3. While someone else may have been a better choice, McSally is it. It’s her or the gun-grabber. Those are the choices.
Over half the citizens of Arizona are idiots.
Kelly is obnoxious, I cringe when I see his commercials but McSallys ads are horrible. If Uncle Mitch wants to keep his senate he had better get on the stick.

Somehow either the Arizona Republican Party or the National Senate Election group has screwed the pooch by backing this woman...
In the end McSally will have caused the Republicans to lose BOTH Senate Seats in that state....
Really? Basing your April poll on a November race? President Hillary would have something to say about that, I’m 95% sure! You should know by now that polls are scewed heave DNC, controled by the media and republicans tend to hang up on pollers.
It’s the Governors fault. McSally lost to the hippie but he appointed McSally anyway. Pretty sad, it looks like we may lose a seat and AZ goes from to two worthless Rino’s to two rats.
Thats too bad because Kelly is really bad news.
Sounds like the same pollsters that had Hillary up by 9 points in Utah. She wound up losing by over 20.

Can anyone explain what’s the problem with McSally? Don’t know much about her. Anyone voting for a DemoRat deserves their fate.
And Kelly is a hard core gun grabber.
The problem here is that you have two garbage candidates going up against each other. I have zero respect for McSally, who claimed rape while active duty military as an election gimmick. She has so little respect for her constituents that she thinks she can drop an accusation like that and then just walk away from it. She no longer has to be afraid for her military career, names and dates or it didn’t happen! Not that I’m going to go vote DemonRat, either. A strong independent could take this one.
In defense of the Arizona Republican Party, which I am a member of, she is the sitting Republican, Trump endorsed, candidate. There is only one other person and he is a complete unknown, again, coming out of nowhere to siphon money and votes off of the Republican candidate. Happens EVERY SINGLE ELECTION.
Hope this poll didn’t reflect disgruntled conservatives who would punish all of America by voting for a socialist fellow traveler over McSally.
You have to remember, these are the same idiot voters that gave us Jeff Flake and the member of the Keating Five Scandal over and over again. They are dims, even when they say they are merely RINO’s. If we lose, we don’t have to worry about back-stabing - so there’s always that.
Bush League Republicans would rather lose another seat to Democrats than let a conservative run.
The problem with McSally: She’s a RINO.
