Many Americans have witnessed daily briefings in which New York State's governor, Andrew Cuomo, makes repeated demands of the President and exploits his moment in the sun by condemning the President and even maligning him. Instead of constantly complaining, it's about time Cuomo apologized to President Trump and to those Americans across the country who specifically helped NYC during her time of need. It is not President Trump who has fallen short in doing his job, rather governor Cuomo and his side-kick Bill de Blasio, mayor of New York City.
Three weeks ago Cuomo was demanding ventilators, masks, gowns, and hospital beds. He made no demands of himself, rather of the President. But now many are asking why the governor had not spent his many years in office accumulating the supplies needed for the emergencies and epidemics that surely transpire. In President Trump's desire to help the country and specifically the state where he was born and raised, Mr. Trump did not haggle over the question of whose responsibility it is to take care of state needs, but instead dove headlong to supply what New York needed. While Cuomo spent his days grandstanding and pontificating, and alternating his made-for-TV attire between informal leather jackets one day, blazers the next, presidential suits, and then sweaters, Mr. Trump was marshaling and corralling every force in this country and around the globe to provide the needs of New York state. Cuomo always looks well rested while Mr. Trump, the heroic workhorse, looks exhausted. We now know why: one is playing soap-opera governor while the other is a minute-by-minute, indefatigable President.

DeBlasio is looking for a Handout, saying that Trump is just like POTUS Ford, using the Headline from back then “Ford to City, Drop Dead”.
Of course POTUS Ford never said that, but we all know Headlines never Lie.
The difference between President Trump and Cuomo/DeBlasio, is that, Trump works for the American people/aka:the country, whereas, Cuomo & DeBlahsio work for the democratic party and themselves personally.

To this day, he still has not shut down the city’s subways and buses, which are just petri dishes for spreading this virus.

Saw Essentials applauding a group of “volunteer from out of town “ health care workers ending their shift at a New York hospital.
Those folks were offered $6000/week plus living expenses. (ER nurse dil showed Me an email) dangerous work no doubt but.....

You are right!!! BOTH DeBlasio and Cuomo are absolutely contemptible.
I am quite worried that my contempt may tragically shift tot he PEOPLE of NewYork when they RE-ELECT these two blithering idiots to offfice at the next election.
Across the United States, EVERY last politician screwing up his “fiefdom” was put into that office by the voters.
By rights, this next election should be a massacre to dwarf the Little Big Horn.
New York was lucky that they had a President who is from New York. No other Republican President would have put up with their crap.
Their citizens, too. Especially the elderly.
Would've been great if the President's answer to Cuomo had been: "Lack of planning on your part doesn't necessarily constitute an emergency on our part".
Question for the mayor and govenor...Why are the subways, bus lines and trains still open? And are non essential state/ city employees still drawing a paycheck?
DeBlasio and Cuomo both know as soon as the city opens a caravan of moving trucks will flood the city because so many have fled with no intention of returning.the NY real estate market will be at bargain basement prices in a few months.
The President as executive in charge daily displays his covid task force that are all utilizing their personal expertise to accomplish the delegated tasks. That group to which responsibility was delegated is led by VP Pence who has the job under firm control
The governor and the mayor can’t delegate because all those about them are talentless political hacks. Neither the Governor nor the hacks knows or understands what testing facilities and laboratories are available. The hacks basically know nothing and just can’t act
