As a student of history, it is painful to watch today’s so-called reporters and analysts pontificate about the Nov. 3, 2020 election outcome. We are currently six months away from that event.
Yet analyst after analyst and TV host after TV host will claim if the election were held today Joe Biden would win – as if the Trump supporters should panic or collapse in despair.
To some extent, this kind of presentism even infects the White House and Republican leaders and activists.
Yet, presentism is incredibly misleading in a period of change. Remember: At this point in 2015, it was inconceivable that Donald Trump would become the Republican nominee. At this point in 2016, the same analysts and talking heads who are touting Joe Biden today were touting Hillary Clinton and predicting Trump would be a disastrous failure taking the Republicans down to defeat.
But, of course, the elections are not held in early May.

In the real campaign, Biden will melt like a snow cone in a Miami August.
Why am I so certain Biden will melt?
There are three things Biden will find insurmountable
First, Biden has always been a terrible candidate, and he is getting worse.
When the American people shift from the COVID-19 disaster, the Chinese Communist dictatorship’s horrible behavior, and the economic collapse brought about by the panic, they will suddenly encounter the real Biden.
It will be painfully clear that he could never function as commander in chief. In fact, Biden’s personal weaknesses are so deep and so obvious that there is at least one chance in 10 the Democrats will dump him at the last moment out of desperation.
Second, the Obama-Biden record will come into contrast with the Trump administration record.

The “reporters” and analysts saying Biden would beat trump are going on wishful thinking, not logic.
But if we don’t stop voter fraud, especially ballot harvesting and vote by mail, it could be a disaster.
It may not matter much by November. We will already have become a people’s republic.

Yes, "it's the economy stupid". One candidate made the economy great. I think the voters will think he can do it again.

Simple message. We did it once we’ll do it again. Feb of this year was the best economy we have see. Since the post WWII economy. No voter is going to ignore that Covid lead to difficult decisions. If people want the jobs and earnings back like they had this calendar year, Trump is the only option.

If we had an honest media that did it’s job, the Left would be out of business in short order.
We can't let ourselves believe that or becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. The day and night "news" reports and comments that Trump is toast, Trump is history, there is no hope, are part of the leftist plan. Not truth.
Discouraged, hopeless GOP voters could dejectedly stay at home. A BAD idea. Don't fall for it.
Here's my personal take: First phase American weakling, cowardly sheep meekly accept all virus coping orders from little tyrant governors and mayors. All God given rights tossed away.
Phase Two: Weather is nice again, "I'm bored. I'm going to go out and do something with other people today." "I can't go on for months without going on a date."
Cops and authorities say "Obey me! Stay sheltered in place. Do you hear me?" More and more (mostly young) people say "Screw that. I want to have fun today." AND "I want to earn some money at my job again. Open up the place where I work. NOW."
This assumes Biden will be the candidate. We should be so lucky.
