How is his career on the line?
As long as his constituents keep electing him he will be there. I read that his district is Tinsel Town - Hollyweird! I am sure they love him. Facts, reality are not their strong points! He’ll be in Congress until he croaks if he wants to be. I’ve read what he really wants to be is a screenwriter. He should resign and follow his muse. Face it eerone he’s there forever if he wants it and he’s got a committee assignments either as chair or ranking member as long as Pelosi thinks its in her best interest to keep him. He’s another of her wind-up attack dogs. They’re not required to be accurate or smart just angry and loud.
Only way to take him out is take the House. He’s still there but under more control.
As long as he stays in Crooked Hillary’s good graces he’ll be OK.
