I do think you are right and I have said that before too...
There were a lot of shenanigans going on -
The IC wanted to avoid oversight by Flynn and the Trump administration
They wanted to harm Trump and remove him to overturn an election
They wanted to cover up the flow of money within the IC - Muslim Brotherhood anyone?
I also think they wanted to cover up wholesale spying. This is some KGB stuff. Why did Samantha Powers, the UN Ambassador, unmask hundreds of people and claim no knowledge of it? What the hell? What if these unmaskings were done by DNC contractors to try and influence an election?
I think there is a whole ball of yarn that might be unraveling before our very eyes.....
Wait till they steal the election. If they steal the White House, they also steal the Senate and gain more seats in the House. Then SHTF.
I’m not saying they will win but they’ll do their best. It’s very possible.
Our side has a whole bunch of pent up anger and it’s not going to take much to release it.

I think the Flynn matter, which is truly scandalous, is likely NOT the biggest scandal that is about to break.
I think Sundance nailed it.
All the crap that appears so amateurish now - the FISA’s, the collusion delusion, Russia, Russia, Russia, the case against Flynn with no predicate, the Special Counsel report, etc etc, would pale in comparison to Spygate. Hell, even the attempt at impeachment over the Ukrainian phone call, which seemed ridiculous on its face, makes more sense now.
Trump has absorbed every blow they have thrown against him. He is a counter-puncher. I think the next few months will be very interesting indeed.
The more names that come out that option looks thin,wager they will rat each other out to save their own skin even the Mafia didn’t think that could ever happen.

The charges they dropped against McCabe were related to leaks that emanated from the justice department. My understanding is that it would have been difficult to prosecute him for leaks in Washington DC which is the leaking capital of the world. They also knew that there was more coming down the pike and their opportunity to prosecute McCabe would come up again.

But this is not a one track operation. The Dems never do a one track attack.
The FISA court said that the “contractors” were at it since at least 2012. What if Romney, after the first debate with Obama, was approached by the Dems with some dirt found doing the illegal NSA unmasking of to-from and about searches and made it clear that it will be exposed if he doesn’t back off.
I was always concerned about his dramatic change of “attack” mode to lay back during the next two debates.
