It is not, at least not where I go.
Tonic has so little quinine in it that I would have to drink several six packs to get the dose available in one capsule. Straight tonic water is not pleasant and that much gin would not be pleasant either.

I know someone who had the virus. She took hydroxychloroquine for lupus and still got the virus. She got well quickly and did not infect her two children or anyone else. She said she took chlorox baths. 1 cup in a full tub. She said she began this when her children battled impetigo. It sounds funny but it would kill any virus on your skin. Many people add a tablespoon to the water when washing dishes to kill germs.
Ask her if she was taking zinc at the time, too - the hydroxychloroquine “opens” the cell for the zinc to get in and “off” the virus.
was this the same emergency medical physician who came to her house to give her IV drips and operate her electro-magnetic-trons?

Put a vacuum pump on that tonic water and evaporate the water content from the batch until it is sufficiently stout to your liking. Use a strong stainless flask for the low pressure working vessel to avoid implosion. Might need supplemental heat to keep the tonic from freezing in the flask!
The really funny part is how “these people” made up stories about Trump advising people to use Clorox, when they actually did this themselves!!! OMG! That’s even more bizarre than the HCQ thing.
I actually have one more trip’s worth of caps. After that I will rely on God. Everything that has happened to me and to the people I am involved with says that I am an agent, not a principle and that I am protected, at least until the task is finished.
