Looks like Obama’s lackey is hiring a deep state attorney to write his response causing more delay. This is certain to alarm and anger the appellate panel as their order was an opportunity for Sullivan to dismiss the case rendering the motion for Writ of Mandamus moot.
Now Sullivan is having his response written for him causing as much delay as possible.

He's got 10 days from the Circuit Court's order. I believe his deadline is June 1st, which is the Monday after Memorial Day. That's only 9 days away. Get crackin' Judge!

1- Yes it is being done for that reason. They know that when the case is dropped, Flynn will come after the deep state with a vengeance. Well deserved vengeance.

The appellate court isn't going to give Sullivan more time to let Wilkinson come up to speed. Sorry, but no.
Sullivan hired Wilkinson, I believe, because he's not as good an author for winning ideas as is needed.
Assuming Wilkinson is as good as Sullivan thinks she is, she may well tell him to save face and throw in the towel on June 1st. Doing that with the help of outside advice looks just a bit better than backing down from the Appellate Court in an apparent admission that he was wrong.
Removing the gag order against Flynn via dismissal is a biggie.
And this article's authors are obviously biased, no fully discussing the forces at play, such as the recent 9-0 SCOTUS opinion.

So many in political circles in WDC and elsewhere are corrupt , compromised and/or without integrity .
Judge Sullivan's reply is required by June 1, regardless of who writes it. Since there is no provision for a hearing or oral argument the decision will likely be made shortly after the first of the month.
Well here is the deal. Any judge that cannot defend their own positions has no business being a judge. The circuit court should totally de nigh him from using any lawyer. Did the judge use a lawyer when he issued all of his decisions in the case? Now he needs help explaining why he made the decisions he made. That just does not fly with me. He is admitting that he does not really know. He was just winging it.

Appeal Court already set a deadline for any response from Judge Sullivan by June 1st.
That is not changing. His lawyer should be advising Emmet Sullivan to give up the ghost and sign a dismissal before but the Deep State probably demands some cover and a written response to try and delay the inevitable bitchslap which will shortly follow from the Appeals Court.
He may have hired an Attorney, but that isn’t reason enough to ask for a response delay beyond June 1. I suspect he hired that Attorney solely to get a delay. I hope the Appeals Court wont fall for that trick.
