Not bad, but it’s actually “kingdom shall rise against kingdom” in this particular case.

“Nation shall rise against nation...” is “ethnos shall rise against ethnos” - ethnic group shall rise against ethnic group.

It seems redundant until one finds out the Greek word behind “nation”.

Full-scale wars don’t occur by accident. Extraordinary funds have to be appropriated, troops and equipment have to be moved, plants have to be repurposed for war production and reductions in non-war expenditures have to be made.
