A federal appeals court has backed California Gov. Gavin Newsom's stay-at-home order banning in-church services to blunt the spread of coronavirus, rejecting an argument from clerics that the governor is treading on their First Amendment right to free exercise of their religious beliefs.

Sounds like Newsom wants to win California for Trump by uniting the fury of GOP voters.
I can’t remember how many people are needed for such a lawsuit,but across the entirety of the country, it must be enough.
Doesn’t really matter....way too many Hierachs and clergy have convinced their congregants that they should not open for in=person services until it is “safe”—which some are even defining as a having a reliable vaccine!
(But more likely having a DemoCRAP in the White House)
