His Memorial Day comments were also well written.
So we know Biden has good speech writers and that Biden is able to read a prepared speech.

It's not sitting well with my peeps in Minni. They've locked down the malls and grocery stores and the somewhat normal folks, although middle class lefties, are not big fans of the complete breakdown of law and order. The city is getting mugged and Trump can become the one to restore order if he plays his cards right whereas Slo' Joe inspires little confidence to do so.
