DHS Warns of “Domestic Violent Extremists” Targeting Government Officials, Law Enforcement [2014 Obama Homeland Security - Remember?]

" The report reflects a current trend in the national law enforcement community that views the rise of domestic extremist groups, variously referred to as militia or anti-government extremists as well as sovereign citizens, as a significant threat to the safety of government officials, law enforcement and first responders. In fact, a recent survey conducted by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) at the University of Maryland found that law enforcement throughout the country identifies sovereign citizens as the top terrorist threat, greater even than the threat posed by Islamic extremists."

SIX TEARS AGO and where is it? Did I miss the memo? Oh, and I checked that font of violence and hate that the media loves as a resource, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). I could not find a query about Antifa more recent than 2017. At that time, then SPLC President Richard Cohen told Washington Examiner; "However, Cohen refused to label antifa a "hate group" since its members do not discriminate on the basis of race, sexual orientation, or other categories protected by anti-discrimination law."

I cannot find 'current' stats on government reports of violence, riots and hate crimes since this 2014 DHS WARNING. I know what I think but I lack the data. I will point out that the US West Coast seems to have been a hot spot for Antifa actions and known for suppressing contra-demonstrations.
