The peaceful demonstrators were 60% black and 40% whites as shown on TV media in the afternoon and early evening.
Then dusk and nightfall and all demonstrations changed into vilence.
This same media showed that almost all the looters were black
coming and going at the looted and burning stores.
The public display of lawlessness was self-evident !
