“They’ve been telling us to do that for so long,” she added, “and we’ve done it — and look at everything that’s still going on.”
Fury over the cruel death of George Floyd, a black man in police custody, combined with fear of a deadly virus and its painful economic impact, make this a dark, dizzying moment in our national life. But African-Americans shouldn’t feel hopeless, because the black vote does matter — it has never mattered more. It is at the heart of the fight to take back America.
The biggest story of 2020 politics is hard to ignore. But somehow it is being ignored.
The black vote now defines American politics.

But beating Mr. Trump tops the list. For black voters, the prospect of four more years of this administration is about more than politics.
It’s personal.
It is a reaction born of real fear — of the racism that led a white man to shoot Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia and a white police officer to press his knee into the neck of George Floyd in Minnesota, of the racism that every day results in more black people dying of the coronavirus. African-Americans see this, and they see a president who does nothing to stop it.
Contrary to the image created by news coverage of the Black Lives Matter protests, 43 percent of black voters are moderates. A quarter identify as conservatives. These are the black people in church on Sunday. They are proud members of a sorority or fraternity.

Don’t gag too hard. Black men only went for Hillary 78% last time. We need that same number of better. Some are making it sound like they have been a consistent voting Bloc for Republicans since forever. :)

Remember folks that earlier this year Trump was showing some inroads with Black voters. I knew at some point this year the RATs would stage an event to stir up the racial discord. They got it with George Floyd. Rush just mentioned on his show that Obama will make a nationwide televised speech tonight. The all out Democrat assault on Trump is starting a little earlier than I thought. I thought it would begin after the DNC.
Someone needs to inform these azzhats hat under Trump the black unemployment numbers were the lowest in the history of the nation.
So the answer is to vote again for the same failed Obama/Biden policies that stagnated the economy, suppressed the job market for young blacks by not enforcing immigration laws and exporting manufacturing to China, and did nothing to fix problems with police injustice for 8 years while pretending to be tough on cops.
The definition of being a black Democrat is voting for the same people election after election and expecting different results. If young blacks ever realized that the Democrat machines have restored the Plantation system of the South by giving patronage jobs to a small number of well paid black administrators who manage the poverty of the black urban masses to harvest their loyal votes they might really change things but I’m not optimistic.
Juan Williams is one of many reasons we haven’t watched Fox News for over a decade.
Trump was gaining too much black support. This is all orchestrated to get the blacks back on the plantation.
Would I be shocked if the Floyd killer cop turns out to be a Democrat martyring himself for the cause (getting rid of Trump) ? At this point nothing shocks me.
