Twelve more Pa. counties will enter the green phase of Gov. Tom Wolf’s coronavirus reopening plan next Friday.
Adams, Beaver, Carbon, Columbia, Cumberland, Juniata, Mifflin, Northumberland, Union, Wayne, Wyoming, and York counties were all designated to move out of the yellow phase at 12:01 a.m. on June 12 after spending all of next week still in the yellow phase.
And, speaking of the yellow phase, every county in the state is now either in it or the green phase after Wolf’s complete stay at home order expired this morning.
Remember: Most everything can reopen in the green phase, but Pa. Department of Health and CDC guidelines must be followed.
It was not immediately clear why Perry and Erie counties did not reach green in this wave, as both scored well on the Carnegie Mellon University COVID-19 reopening dashboard, which is one of the tools the state uses to guide its decisions.
Here is where things stand now, as of Noon on Friday. Again, the counties listed above will join the ones in green below next Friday, and so they are still listed in the yellow.

What color is “back to normal sanity”?
He purposly put out fake covid numbers for Luzerne county to not give a green on June 12. I hope he drops dead.
That’s if there are businesses to open and jobs to go to like here in WA.; will be interesting to see how WA’s economy survived.

We had our Allentown Tea Party meeting on Zoom last night. They want to have an actual meeting next month. People need to get back to work & resume activities.

Williamsport is in Lycoming County. Lycoming just was moved to the green category but I guess the Little League World Series is still out of the question.
