A federal review by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) found that the early version of the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions (CDC) coronavirus test kits failed because of likely contamination.
The review, which was first reported by Sinclair Broadcasting Group, found that there was time pressure at the CDC to launch testing, and lab practices that may have been insufficient to prevent the risk of contamination.
Their review also found they did not check the kits despite anomalies during manufacturing.
The review does not appear to assign blame directly to the CDC, The Washington Post reported. Their findings could mean that coronavirus statistics, particularly from the beginning of the year, could be skewed.
The Post has previously reported that the test kits have produced false-positive results caused by the CDCs contamination. An examination by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) concluded that the tests failed because of substandard manufacturing practices and that the CDC violated its own laboratory protocol in making the kits.

CDC was apparently full of swamp dwellers.
Swamp saboteurs lead by Fauxcii.
Fauci doesnt work for the CDC.
Get your conspiracy theories right. Ha ha.
Were these rest kits from China? Hmmmmmmmm,,,
Everyone tests positive! Even a mango!
CDC was apparently full of swamp dwellers. Was?
This is what happens when your primary function becomes fighting mythical “Climate Change” instead of actually working to mitigate potential pandemics.
These are the same experts we're supposed to believe when they tell us to maintain a safe (anti) social distance, wear a mask etc.
When the reality is, since their testing is faulty, they don't even know if the virus exists.
I had read the assertion somewhere (nothing official) on the web that they had spread Covid1-19 by swabbing people’s throats with contaminated swabs from the CDC test kids. This makes me wonder if that assertion was true.
The more positive tests a hospital got, the more money they got.
Money is a huge motivator.
I think we should do mail-in tests. Like the mail-in voting.
These experts remind me of a very condescending Kindergarten teacher saying over and over in a sing-songy voice
“Wash your hands frequently.
Avoid touching your face.
Practice social distancing.
Wear a mask.
Where’s your mask?”
About as annoying as the self-checkout robo voice “unexpected item in bagging area”.

I’ve been practicing social distancing for months now. Unfortunately, I’m still not confident enough in my skills to attempt it in public.
I think we should do mail-in tests. Like the mail-in voting.Or like the mail-in colon tests.
None of them pass the smell test for accuracy.

Week old article with still unanswered question of who, when, where, why were protocols ignored when manufacturing Wuhan virus test kits during January? A friend who is liberal said to me in February, “the bad kits were caused by Trump’s reducing funding to the CDC” which wasn’t even true but the NPR, NY Times reader never heard a correction to that lie.
the CDC had ONE job to do.......and they failed....we didn’t have good tests and we didn’t have a sufficient supply of PPE.....
