So, let me get this right:

We are living lives of luxury in a country where imported foreigners do all the work and we just live like kings off their labor.

The Democrat party has not changed much since it openly advocated slavery, has it?

Dementia speaking. Clear case of cognitive decline, senility, endless babbling, can’t even read a minute’s worth of prepared lines off a teleprompter, says nonsense that has no relation to reality, stares off into space. A clear candidate . . . for the nursing home.

I’ve been in IT for thirty-three years and I’ve seen it happen.

Had a friend who worked for a company that outsourced a couple of groups to H1B workers. People would get a severance but it was conditional on providing turnover to their replacements. The turnover would take about 1-2 months, depending on the job.

My friend started looking right away, found a job within days and had to start in two weeks. Gave his notice and they freaked out, as he would not be able to fully train his replacement. Hated leaving behind friends, but everyone there understood. A couple of people left like that - one person just handed in his keys and walked.

I told my friend to NOT answer any questions about the job he left unless he got a Hold Harmless agreement from the company. He did receive some calls about various things he was responsible for, but he was so busy onboarding for his new job, he never returned the calls.

The company ended up being sold to a larger competitor a few years later and shortly thereafter closed the office where he had worked.

I should also mention he told me that when he gave two weeks notice, one of the supervisors mentioned that he wasn’t being very loyal and supportive of the other workers by giving such short notice.

He said nothing, but did mention that at the exit interview with HR. He said the lady doing the exit interview just stared at the desk when he told her that - maybe because of the irony of the supervisor’s statement.

“only about half of our STEM graduates enter the STEM workforce. Of the entire workforce, only about a third of those with STEM degrees are employed in STEM jobs”

Anyone who says we need H-1Bs deserves to be hung.

“The H-1B foreign workers program started in 1990.”

Another Bush dagger.

Yep. We need to call it for what it is H1B is white collar indentured servitude. Microsoft and Google love that they can get cheap labor that can’t complain or even look for a new job, without risk of losing their sponsorship. White collar indentured servitude.

And still American workers will vote for this idiot. I guess they don’t mind competing with foreigners while the unemployment rate is in the high teens?

Stupid is bottomless.

Unbelieveable how really stupid both he and his stinking slimeball party can be. Idiots just flow from that sect of imbread stinking scum. I think if Lamebrain Joe wins the election, this nation is finished. He will not finish his term, his VP candidate will. And he will probably chose a muzzie, so we will have a female muzzie prez, and everyone will have evening prayers on Fridays and all will bow to the east.

They did not build this country. But STEM geniuses From India and China should have a green card stapled to their American college diploma. They can add something.

Well guess who also has “positive” comments about foreign geniuses, former Google chief Eric Schmidt. Some may remember my comments about loopholes and exemptions regarding imported labor in this “new” plan. The State Department and head of the DHS were given powers to change the plan. The State Department is revamping the b1/b2 visa program that allows TENS OF MILLIONS of foreigners to enter the country repeatedly for six months at a time. It has been suggested this is a mechanism for importing illegal white collar workers. I don’t really have a hard time understanding what was just written. I once worked in a plant with 20,000 strong and it was one of the largest in Ohio and the country. Those days are gone. The biggest employers now are colleges, unbelievable. Yet the H1-b program alone has upwards of 600,000 imported job takers. Is it time. https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2020/07/01/white-house-reveals-pro-american-regulation-push/

Someone ask Joe what “country” he is talking about. Bet it isn’t America. Maybe France, Germany (called slave labor), Russia (slave labor), Brazil (yes, slaves), or South Africa.

Then ask him what continent he lives on. The answer will floor you! /sarc

I hear you. I’ve seen it. IT workers being forced to train their replacements in India. It sucks.
