Pray the good cops stay on (which is lots of them), or We the People will really have a problem.
I suspect many cops will leave, or leave big cities and become policemen in more peaceful small towns and smaller cities. It’s possible that few white people will want to be policemen in cities with big black populations. Probably politically incorrect to say something like that.
Some smaller towns and cities aint so peaceful. We moved “out” to what we thought was a conservative country area. Turns out it’s a hiding area for homosexuals and liberal transplants of all kinds. They’d be agitating in our town square if they thought they could get away with it ....they can’t, for now ...but wait about 15-20 years, maybe less. If crap breaks out, I’m as worried about these traitors throughout town as I am from any city/BLM mobs.
