What happens if I don't wear a mask? The wearing of face coverings, such as a mask, ensures that we as a society can limit the spread of COVID-19 and successfully combat this pandemic; therefore, it is in everyone’s best interest that all Pennsylvanians comply with this order. As this is a legal order under the Disease Prevention and Control Law, law enforcement officers are authorized to issue warnings or citations use deadly force for those not complying with the order.

Here’s a little story about Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Health. Back in March the Secretary ordered all personal care homes to admit virus patients. So of course they became killing fields. But then the Secretary moved his/her mother OUT of a personal care home.

Secretary Levine is more than just a weirdo. He/she is a filthy, uncaring hypocrite.

They use electrostatic forces and Brownian motion to capture the small particles.

You have no idea what brownian motion even is to say something like this. And electrostatic force only works with charged surfaces. Unless you’ve got your mask wired up with a battery or capacitor, there is no electrostatic effect.

"Gov. Wolf issued a reminder Friday that masks are mandatory"...

Next week, everyone wears hats (mandatory)

The following week will be funny sock week (mandatory)

And we'll wrap up July with everyone wearing red converse all-star sneakers (mandatory)

The US Surgeon General has urged the public not to buy face masks to protect against the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, warning they are largely ineffective at protecting against the viral infection in public.

They are, however, a useful tool for doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals who are consistently in close proximity to infected individuals. So, to prevent vital medical resources from running dry, the Surgeon General, Dr Jerome M Adams, has warned against rushing out to buy face masks.

“Seriously people – STOP BUYING MASKS!” Dr Adams tweeted over the weekend.

An individual does not need to provide documentation that the individual fits within an exception to the order.

“Masks — even simple cloth masks — capture most of the droplets, which carry most of the viruses.”

Not according to the studies I’ve seen - scroll down to find the pdf file with links to many studies along with their analysis of effectiveness:

“At the present time, the widespread use of masks everywhere is not supported by high-quality scientific evidence, and there are potential benefits and harms to consider.

However, there are some settings in which it may not be possible to keep physical distancing and the use of a mask could be helpful to provide a barrier to limit the spread of potentially infectious droplets from someone who is infected. In addition, there is some evidence which suggests that some infected people without showing symptoms may be able to transmit the virus others.

For this reason, WHO advises that governments should encourage the use of non-medical fabric masks, which can act as a barrier to prevent the spread of the virus from the wearer to others where there are many cases of COVID-19, for people in the general public where physical distancing of at least 1 metre is not possible – such as, on public transport, in shops or in other confined or crowded environments.

It is important to note that masks should only be used as part of a comprehensive strategy. Masks on their own will not protect you from COVID-19. People should also clean their hands frequently and maintain a distance of at least 1 metre from others.”

If you think that a battery or capacitor is necessary to create electrostatic forces, you are too ignorant of the topic to be entitled to an opinion.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does not intend to “treat, prevent, or cure any disease or disorder of the human body” with its face-covering mandate. Instead, the Commonwealth intends to use this mandate as a means to enhance its tyrannical control of the population via arbitrary decrees, brutally but sporadically and certainly selectively enforced. Therefore, this federal law cannot apply.

Sorry, but sovereign immunity applies. The Commonwealth is not a company and therefore not subject to bankrupting lawsuits. It can commit fraud at will in the service of tyranny.

Let me know how you maintain an electrostatic charge in a mask. Keep walking over synthetic carpet?

Seems like you have never heard of Brownian Motion

That said, the virus attaches to water, mucus , etc

But hey , keep thinking masks cant possibly lessen the viral load so your body can deal with what enters your body

Just say no. This mask stuff has got to stop. Our governor has been ok ... but was stupidly terrorized by the press into closing bars that were just reopening...but our theoretically GOP mayor then announced that masks were required in stores, etc.

Sorry, no. The problem is the Karens who are “reporting” stores that don’t enforce the policy or the one-way aisle policy. The Karens are feeling very empowered. The Stasi is among us,

Somebody has got to start resisting. I simply don’t shop locally or if I have to go into a big box store, I wear a bandanna around my chin. On my couple of trips I have noticed that the stores have been really empty, so I assume people are ordering online rather than submit to “The Mask.”. But of course government doesn’t care.

If masks don't work, how is it that Virus RNA ends up on them? If they are a chain link fence relative to the virus, how is that same fence holding CO2 in and O2 out? Both of those molecules are roughly 4 orders of magnitude smaller.

Even better, the human nose with just a few hairs helps to reduce disease every day and it has two holes the size of an index finger!

The fact is, these people are looking at any excuse not to wear one. I get it, it sucks. Where I live it's required to go indoors. Oh and look at that, NJ has declining infection rates. Go figure, what are the odds?

Combine two fabrics.

Now if you can get the electrostatic charge up to +/- 10 kV (10,000 volts). Then you might have something.
