Two months ago I watched a County emergency management lady measure the distances between the lines taped on the floor in a restaurant in front of the cash register.
All that EMA-Karen could do is rat out to the PA Department of Agriculture or PA Department of Health if the lines were (shudder) 5’ 31/32” apart.
